Synopsis
In times of trouble, Ella Davis (Kerry Armstrong), is a doctor’s best friend. A senior case manager at MDA (Medical Defence Australia), she is a passionate advocate for doctors, working to defend those who stand accused of wrongdoing. Opposing her is lawyer Richard Savage (Jason Donovan). A specialist in medical litigation, he thrives on the adrenalin produced by battle and is determined to win the best deal for his clients – patients accusing their doctors of negligence. Between them stands a series of challenging cases where guilt, innocence, responsibility and acceptable medical practice are all in dispute.
