What will happen in Stree 2? 

The people of Chanderi are once again haunted by an evil spirit who’s hungry for revenge. However, this time they’re not alone! Stree, the bhayanak bhootni who once roamed the streets of Chanderi all alone has now found peace, and is now helping the same villagers she once haunted to protect them from this new evil.

Is Roohi a part of the Stree franchise? 

Both Roohi and Stree belong to the Maddock Supernatural Universe, and follow a similar premise of a female ghost haunting her local village to find redemption. Both movies also fall under the horror-comedy genre, and have the same actor, Raj Kumar Rao, playing the role of the main male protagonist. However despite all their similarities, the two films are not interconnected.

Where can I watch Stree 2?

Stree 2 will be released in theaters on 30th August, 2024. Thereafter, the movie will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

Are Stree 2 and Bhediya related? 

Stree 2 and Bhediya both fall under the Maddock Supernatural Universe. As per Bollywood Hungama’s reports, Stree 2, will feature a cameo from Varun Dhawan which will lay a background for Bhediya 2. 

Is Stree 2 the last movie in the Stree franchise? 

No, Stree 2 is not the last film in the franchise. The producer of the film, Dinesh Vijan, has already confirmed that work on their next film, ‘Munjha’ has already begun. Munjha is a horror-comedy movie starring actress Sharvari Wagh. The movie will serve as a prequel to the 2018 film, Stree.
