National-Award winning duo Sajid Nadiadwala & Nitesh Tiwari unite for the war-ridden romance Bawaal
Bawaal is a romantic drama feature film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala for Amazon Prime Video. The film is directed by 'Dangal' director, Nitesh Tiwari. Prior to this, Nitesh Tiwari and Sajid Nadiadwala have worked on the National award-winning film Chhichhore together.
The film is led by Bollywood A-lister's Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor. This marks the first collaboration for the leading pair. Originally set for a theatrical release in October 2023, the movies rights were sold to Amazon Prime Video, and the film is now geared for a global digital release on 27th July, 2023. However, before releasing on OTT the film will be screened at Salle Gustave Eiffel in Paris, making Bawaal the first Indian film to be featured at the Eiffel Tower.
