Shift (2021)

SHIFT is the story of a bicycle courier with more than 20,000 km on the clock, who wore the "polka dot jersey", who fights daily against an algorithm. One day, this courier said no, he does not agree to be paid by the task despite the "coolness" of his job, which has become a "flexi job". Based on the singular story of Jean-Bernard, sued alongside the Belgian State by Deliveroo, SHIFT tells the story of a personal transformation and a fight in the face of working conditions and the social project of the platform capitalism.
