Synopsis
New York's resident vampires return for more hilarious mockumentary mayhem
With Colin Robinson restored to his human form, Laszlo attempts to rebuild their relationship. Meanwhile, Nadja continues to strive for power and purpose. Season 5 sees her potentially teaming up with The Guide, while Guillermo battles with the decision to be, or not to be, a vampire.

Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement return to executive produce fifth season of What We Do In The Shadows
What We Do In The Shadows season 5 is the fifth season of the American mockumentary comedy-horror television series, based on the original Kiwi film What We Do In The Shadows. The film was written and directed by Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit, Hunt for the Wilderpeople) and Jemaine Clement (Flight of the Conchords), and the duo continue to executive produce the television series. The critically acclaimed television series has been nominated for seventeen Emmy Awards in the first four seasons, and explores how vampires navigate modern-day New York in a mockumentary comedic style.
The four vampire housemates return for the fifth season, with Kayvan Novak as Nandor the Relentless, Matt Berry as Laszlo, Natasia Demetriou as Greek Romani vampire Nadja of Antipaxos and Mark Proksch as Colin Robinson. Guillermo de la Cruz is played by Harry Guillen, with Nick Kroll as Simon the Devious and Kristen Schaal as The Guide.
