The Walking Dead: Dead City is a post-apocalyptic drama television series, and is the fourth spin-off series in The Walking Dead franchise. The original television series and spin-offs are based on the comic book series by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard. Eli Jorné is creator and executive producer of Dead City, and also served as a producer and writer on the original series. The Walking Dead: Dead City consists of six episodes, with stars Lauren Cohan (Maggie) and Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) serving as executive producers alongside Brian Bockrath and Scott M. Gimple, who was the showrunner for The Walking Dead season 4 to 8.
