Synopsis
International tensions are on the rise, as the NCIS head down under to join forces with the AFP
The NCIS team has landed in Australia, and are working closely with the Australian Federal Police to form a multinational task force. The force has been set up in order to manage naval crimes which are on the rise in the Indo-Pacific.

NCIS: Sydney season 1 is an upcoming Australian television series based on the long-running crime procedural franchise NCIS. The series is created and executive produced by Morgan O’Neill, an Australian filmmaker best known for creating the ABC TV drama Les Norton. O’Neill executive produces NCIS: Sydney season 1 with Sara Richardson and Sue Seeary, and Michele Bennett serving as producer on the show.
Olivia Swann leads the cast as NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey. The British actress is best known for playing Astra Logue in the superhero series DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Bite Club and The Secrets She Keeps actor Todd Lasance stars as AFP Sergeant Jim “JD” Dempsey, the leader of the Australian local team who clashes with Mackey. Sean Sagar (Guy Ritchie's The Covenant) appears as NCIS Special Agent DeShawn Jackson, with Tuuli Narkle (Mystery Road: Origin) as AFP Liaison Officer Constable Evie Cooper, and Mavournee Hazel (Neighbours) as AFP Forensic Scientist Bluebird “Blue” Gleeson. William McInnes (The Newsreader) rounds up the main cast as AFP Forensic Pathologist Dr. Roy Penrose.
