Fonejacker - Season 1 (2007)

The Fonejacker is the undisputed king of cold calling - a man addicted to phoning unsuspecting members of the public and diverting conversation into the realms of farce and utter confusion. Four Lions star Kayvan Novak is the brains and voice behind the balaclava and an array of other wildly inventive characters who aren't afraid to give strangers a bell. The characters in Novak's arsenal include Terry Tibbs, the car salesman who makes dodgy dealing an art form; Mr Miggins, the old man who can't get to grips with the modern world; Mr Doovdé, who talks in bewildering abbreviations; and a highly intelligent and talkative mouse, appealing to members of the public on how to rid himself of an evil cat. Often outrageous, sometimes pushing the limits but always original and totally believable.
