Synopsis
Eight intimate stories woven together by climate change
Extrapolations follows the lives of people from all walks of life as they navigate an ecological crisis and try to survive in a changing world. With air pollution, raging wildfire alongside other climate changes, the stories show people loving, listening and resisting in these adverse times.

Extrapolations Season 1 is an anthology drama television series produced by Media Res for Apple TV+. The anthology show features a star-studded ensemble cast with different actors appearing in each episode. The cast includes Meryl Streep (The Devil Wears Prada), Kit Harrington (Game of Thrones), Matthew Rhys (Perry Mason), Forest Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland), Gemma Chan (Crazy Rich Asians) and many more.
The show is created and directed by American screenwriter and filmmaker Scott Z. Burns. The first season sees acclaimed cinematographer Ellen Kuras guest directing throughout the series. Gregory Jacobs, Lindsey Springer, Michael Ellenberg and Dorothy Fortenberry serve as executive producers.
