Beginning with Christopher Lloyd's garden at Great Dixter, we immerse ourselves in the world of the Arts and Crafts garden. We then move on to the National Trust gardens, as we reveal the politics and intrigue behind the Georgian landscape garden at Stowe, travel around the world at Biddulph Grange, the best-surviving Victorian garden in the country, and explore the doomed Edwardian romance of Nymans, a quintessentially English garden created by a family of German Jewish immigrants.
