Mufasa: The Lion King is a musical drama film about the origin story of King Mufasa, one of the greatest leaders of the Pride Lands. Aaron Pierre stars as the voice of Mufasa, with Scar voiced by Kelvin Harrison Jr. Seth Rogen reprises his role as Pumbaa from the 2019 live-action remake, with Billy Eichner as Timon, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, and John Kani as Rafiki. Donald Glover reprises his role as Simba with Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala and Beyoncé’s daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, as Kiara, the daughter of King Simba and Queen Nala.
