With a fictional space as grand as the Star Trek universe, it can be overwhelming trying to find a place to start and catch up. But Strange New Worlds is the perfect beginning as it was for me, a non-Trekkie who found herself diving deep and, surprisingly, following along seamlessly. The anthology format makes it easy to step into this world without expansive knowledge of the lore, and it makes it effortless to appreciate the characters as they are. With an incredibly fantastic cast, excellent writing, and gorgeous directing, every episode is a thrilling ride.
