Synopsis
Michael Desiato is a broken man. After failing to protect his son and having compromised all of his principles in the process, Michael is left bereft and alone. Despite his despair, some see him as a key asset in the attempt to take down the criminal enterprise headed up by the Baxter family. A new federal prosecutor wants to coax Michael back onto the right side of the law. Meanwhile, the Baxters face a criminal threat from the Desire gang led by Big Mo and the increasingly influential Lil Mo. Threat and fear are never far in the criminal underworld of New Orleans. After the traumatic events that have left two sons dead, revenge and recovery are the only paths left to tread.

What to know
Your Honor Season 2 is the final season of the legal crime drama adapted from the Israeli television show Kvodo. The show is created by British screenwriter Peter Moffat, who was himself once a barrister. Season 2 of Your Honor sees writer Joey Hartstone promoted to showrunner. The second season continues with ten episodes, in the same vein as the first, and is developed by CBS Studios.
Oscar, Emmy, and Tony Award nominee Bryan Cranston returns as judge Michael Desiato, now haggard from the harrowing events that have led him to the brink of his morals. Isiah Whitlock Jr. is Charlie, Michael’s companion, and a local politician. Hope Davis is Gina Baxter, the angry and influential wife to crime boss Jimmy Baxter played by veteran television actor Michael Stuhlbarg. Rosie Perez, Margo Martindale, and Amy Landecker all join as guest stars. Your Honor Season 2 was released on Showtime on January 13, 2023.

In August 2021, after a successful first season, it was announced that Your Honor was being renewed for a second season. Given the shocking end of the first season, it came as a surprise to many but by July 2022 it was confirmed that season 2 would be the last. Filming also began in July 2022 with Rosie Perez announced to have joined the cast. In October, Mark Margolis and Mark O’Brien joined the cast. The first trailer for the movie was released in November 2022 and the series finished filming in December. Your Honor Season 2 debuted on January 13th 2023 on Showtime.
