Synopsis

The second season of Showtime’s survival thriller brings Elijah Wood into the fray
Yellowjackets Season 2 is the second season of Showtime’s survival thriller TV series. The series was created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson (Narcos), and garnered critical acclaim after its first season received seven Emmy nominations. Lyle and Nickerson originally conceived of the project as a five-season drama, which flows between the present and 25 years in the past.
Famed ‘90s darling Christina Ricci and Sammi Hanratty star as Misty. Tawny Cypress and Jasmin Savoy Brown play Taissa. Melanie Lynsky and Sophie Nelisse play Shauna. Juliette Lewis and Sophie Thatcher portray Natalie, and Courtney Eaton plays Lottie Matthews. Season 2 also sees Elijah Wood (The Lord of the Rings) join the cast as Walter, a citizen detective part of Misty's network. Francois Arnaud (The Borgias) also joins the cast as Coach Scott’s secret boyfriend.
