The Way is a drama series produced by Little Door Productions and Red Seam for the BBC. The series is created by James Graham, Michael Sheen, and Adam Curtis. James Graham writes the screenplay, while Michael Sheen makes his directorial debut with the series alongside other directors Steffan Rhodri and Mali Harries. Graham’s previous works include Sherwood, and Sheen is known for his roles in Masters of Sex and Good Omens, among many others.
The Way stars Luke Evans (The Alienist) as Hogwood, a mercenary tracking down the Driscoll family. The Driscoll family are portrayed by Steffan Rhodri, Mali Harries, Sophie Melville, Callum Scott Howells, Teilo James Le Masurier, and Michael Sheen himself. Other cast members include Tom Cullen, Danny Sapani, Mark Lewis Jones, Paul Rhys, Erin Richards, Aneurin Barnard, Catherine Ayers, Jonathan Nefydd, Matthew Aubrey, and Andria Doherty.
