Synopsis
As the innies and their outties begin to reunite, the goals of Lumon’s program are revealed
The employees at Lumon agreed to sever their outside lives from their work lives. All memories of their work day are wiped when they go home, and are restarted when they enter the office. But as the ‘innies’ and ‘outties’ begin to lead increasingly different lives, some of the workers start to question what is going on. After the revelations at the end of season 1, season 2 dives into the consequences, and the ultimate goal Lumon have for their program.

What to know
House of Cards creator Beau Willimon joins the writing team for season 2 of Apple TV’s sci-fi mystery series
Severance Season 2 is the second season of Apple TV’s hit dystopian sci-fi mystery series produced by Red Hour Productions and Fifth Season. The second season is once again created by Dan Erickson and Mark Frieman, with writing support from House of Cards creator Beau Willimon. Ben Stiller once more acts as a director and executive producer.
Season 2 of Severance once more stars Adam Scott as Mark, an employee at Lumon uncovering the uncomfortable truths about the severance process and aftermath. He is once again joined by Britt Lower, reprising her role as Helly. Zach Cherry and John Turturro reprise their roles as Dylan and Irving, respectively, and are joined by Patricia Arquette, Christopher Walken, Tramell Tillman, and Dichen Lachman.
