Something Happened in Bali - Sezon 1 (2004)

Soo Jung grew up poorly with her brother, Jang Soo who’s a walking disaster, after losing both of her parents at a young age. Meanwhile, Jae Min is the son of a conglomerate family, but he’s always been afraid of living under his father’s shadow. He gets engaged to Young Joo, who’s also a daughter of a rich family like him. But she still hasn’t forgotten about her past lover, In Wook, whom she was forced to break up with because of her family’s disapproval. She goes to Jakarta, Indonesia, to see In Wook, and Jae Min also goes to Indonesia to keep an eye on them. Jae Min meets Soo Jung working as a tour guide in Bali, and soon the ironic fate between these four begins. Jae Min shows interest in Soo Jung, who’s poor, but bright and proud. In Wook also grows fond of her since she shares the same pain as him. Soo Jung is torn between Jae Min, who arouses her maternal love, and In Wook, who empathizes with her situation.
