What to know
Secret Invasion is a miniseries produced by Marvel Studios and Disney+. The show is inspired by a set of comics released by Marvel Comics in 2008. The original story for the series has been written by Michael Bendis, the writer behind several of the X-Men, Daredevil, and The New Avengers comics.
Samuel L. Jackson stars as Nick Fury. The director of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the man that created the Avengers. This is the first time that Nick Fury is seen in the lead role in a Marvel series.
The full cast features actors Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulders, Martin Freeman and Don Cheadle, Olivia Colman, Emilia Clarke, Killian Scott, and Carment Ejogo. Kingsley Ben-Adir is confirmed to play the role of the main antagonist in the series.
