Synopsis
Join Peter Pan and Wendy as they fly across Neverland in this Disney live-action remake
Adventure is in the cards, when Wendy, a girl too afraid to leave her home, chances upon Peter Pan, a brave young boy who refuses to grow up. Wendy along with her two brothers joins Peter Pan and his tribe of lost boys to embark on a wondrous journey across Neverland. However, not everything is as dreamy as it seems. Peter Pan and Wendy must prepare to wade off the evil Captain Hook to make it safely across Neverland.

Jude Law wears the pirate hat to play the evil Captain Hook
Peter Pan & Wendy is the live-action remake of Disney’s all-time classic 1954 film, Peter Pan. The film is directed by David Lowrey, who also directed the live-action Disney film Pete’s Dragon, a remake of a popular musical by the same name. The creative team for the film includes Toby Halbrooks as the screenwriter, James Whitaker as the producer, and Bojan Bazelli as the cinematographer, all of whom also served as the creative team on the production of Pete’s Dragon. Classical maestro Daniel Hart serves as the composer for the film.
Young actor Alexander Molony, puts on his wings and makes his film debut by donning the iconic role of Peter Pan. Ever Anderson joins the cast as Wendy Darling. She is the daughter of filmmaker Paul W.S. Anderson and actor, model, and singer Mila Jovovich, both of whom are known for their work in the Resident Evil film series. Charismatic actor, Jude Law stars as the evil Captain Hook. Yara Shahidi puts on fairy dust to play the role of Tinker Bell, and Wapanatâhk plays Tiger Lily.
The live-action film is the first in the series of Peter Pan adapts to include girls in the Lost Boys tribe, a detail that overlooks the book's original plot line of girls being too smart to ever get lost. The live-action film released in 2023 which marks the 70 year anniversary of the original film.
