We Bought a Haunted House (2018)

John and Kathy Burns have purchased the house of their dreams, not realizing that it is haunted by the ghost of a murder victim. . They move into their new home on Halloween, and are surprised by a group of friends and a "medium", who throw them a Halloween party full of surprises.
