The Gentlemen is a crime-dramedy TV series created by Guy Ritchie for Netflix. It serves as a spin-off of the Charlie Hunnam-led film of the same name Ritchie helmed in 2019. It ultimately went on to earn over $115 million at the worldwide box office on a reported budget of $22 million. Ritchie directed the pilot of the eight-episode TV series and co-wrote it with Peaky Blinders producer Matthew Read. Both also serve as the series' executive producers alongside the film's original producers, Ivan Atkinson and Bill Block, and additional producers Marn Davies, Will Gould, Marc Helwig and Frith Tiplady.
Theo James leads The Gentlemen portraying Eddie Halstead. He is best known for his work in the Divergent franchise and the second season of The White Lotus. He is joined by an impressive list of talents including Kaya Scodelario as Susie Glass, Daniel Ings as Freddy Halstead, Joely Richardson as Lady Sabrina Halstead, Giancarlo Esposito, Peter Serafinowicz, Vinnie Jones as Geoff Seacombe (Jones previously appeared in Ritchie's 2000 crime-comedy Snatch), Chanel Cresswell as Tammy, Max Beesley as Henry Collins, Harry Goodwins as Jack and Ruby Sear as Gabrielle.
