Synopsis
Carmy and team set to transform The Beef into The Bear
Carmy's discovery of a large sum of money last season will enable him to transform The Beef into The Bear. He will not be undertaking this restaurant transformation alone as he will be accompanied by Sydney, Marcus, Tina, and Richie. As he strives to introduce a more sophisticated touch to the modest dining establishment, he can expect to face both resistance and encouragement from those around him.

Series favourites, Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri, return for season 2 of The Bear along with two additional episodes
The Bear season 2 is the second season of the dramedy TV series created by Christopher Storer for FX. Storer executive produces the series along with Joanna Calo, Josh Senior, Nate Matteson and frequent Atlanta director, Hiro Murai. Storer has previously directed a number of comedic specials featuring popular names such as Ramy Youssef, Hasan Minhaj, and Bo Burnham. The debut season was highly acclaimed, particularly for the direction and the cast's acting. This second season consists of 10 episodes, which is two more episodes than the previous season's count of 8.
Many previous cast members return for season 2 of The Bear. Jeremy Allen White reprises his role as the award-winning chef Carmy. Ebon Moss-Bachrach portrays Richie, the restaurant's former manager. Ayo Edebiri returns as Sydney, the skilled new chef, while Lionel Boyce plays Marcus, who has transitioned from being a baker to a pastry chef. Liza Colon-Zayas, Abby Elliot, and Edwin Lee Gibson complete the cast for season 2.
