In the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen, the story will continue from where the first season left off and cover two specific story arcs: Gojo's Past arc (chapters 65-79) and the Shibuya Incident arc (chapters 79-136). These two arcs will provide answers to some of the main questions that were raised in the first season. The first arc will focus on Gojo's backstory and his experiences with Geto, as they take on a task that changes their perception of Jujutsu society. The second arc will revolve around Geto and his curses, who try to imprison Gojo in a different realm.
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 is the second season for the anime TV series originally directed by Sunghoo Park. Shōta Goshozono takes over Park in directing duties for season 2. The anime series is produced by MAPPA, a celebrated anime production company, with Hiroshi Seko writing every episode’s script, character design being led by Tadashi Hiramatsu and Hiroaki Tsutsumi, Yoshimasa Terui and Alisa Okehazama composing the music.
