Synopsis
Former enemies unite to build seafaring vessel in search of global petrification answers
After the conclusion of the Stone Wars, the ex-members of Tsukasa's Empire of Might have united with the Kingdom of Science to construct a ship that can sail over the open sea in search of the truth behind the global petrification. Before starting their journey, Senku and his companions must locate crucial resources and make progress in scientific discoveries to construct the specific type of vessel required for their expedition.

Dr. Stone season 3 is the third season of the anime TV series for TMS Entertainment. It is exclusively streaming on Crunchyroll globally outside of Asia. The original manga series was written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi in 2017 with the anime releasing two years later.
The series follows Senku, a young scientist who has emerged from a stone imprisonment lasting thousands of years as he strives to rescue humanity from a comparable fate. He encounters allies and adversaries throughout his journey and relies on science to navigate a world devoid of past technological marvels. The third season, dubbed “Dr. Stone: New World”, will present the Stone World with various obstacles to overcome.
Shinya Iino directed the first two seasons of the anime series while Shūhei Matsushita directs season 3. The script writer for the series is Yuichiro Kido while Yuko Iwasa works as the series’ visual design artist. Yuusuke Kobayashi voices Senku Ishigami and Yuichi Nakamura portrays Tsukasa Shishio. Other cast members include Kengo Kawanishi, Kana Ichinose, Manami Numakura and Makoto Furukawa.
