Netflix produced Tomb Raider animated series starring Hayley Atwell
Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is an animated action adventure series on Netflix. The series is developed by Tasha Huo and produced by Legendary Pictures, with Crystal Dynamics, and animation by Powerhouse Animation. The series is based on the Tomb Raider video game series, which was first released in 1996. There have been numerous spin-off adaptations of the original game including 2001’s Lara Croft: Tomb Raider starring Angelina Jolie and 2018’s Tomb Raider starring Alicia Vikander.
Hayley Atwell leads the animated series voice cast as the titular female heroine Lara Croft. Atwell rose to fame when she starred as Peggy Carter in Agent Carter, and has reprised the role in multiple films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe including Captain America: The First Avenger. Allen Maldonado voices Zip, with Earl Baylon as Jonah Maiava.
