Synopsis
Following the much-acclaimed debut series, we return to Jinsy, a fictional island inhabited by unforgettable characters, lead by pompous arbiter Maven and his beleaguered assistant Sporall, who monitor the islanders and enforce the wishes of much-feared overlord The Great He. Stories include the incredible re-animation of an ancient wig during the annual arbiter ceremony, a crisis that threatens the island when the accountants go feral, and the thrilling search for the identity of the criminal mastermind, The Speckled Pom Pom!
