Synopsis
The high-stakes battle for TV dominance in 1986 Britain
Rivals follows the feud between wealthy MP Rupert Campbell-Black and Lord Tony Baddingham. Lord Tony aims to improve his TV station, Corinium, in the fictional town of Rutshire. The series is set against the backdrop of a prosperous Britain in 1986 with a competitive TV industry.
