Ethan Coen directs solo feature film, Drive-Away Dolls starring Margaret Qualley, Geraldine Viswanathan and Beanie Feldstein
Drive-Away Dolls is a road trip comedy movie directed by Ethan Coen. This is the first fiction feature film that Ethan Coen has directed without his brother Joel. The screenplay is written by Ethan Coen and his wife and film editor Tricia Cooke. Coen, Cooke and Robert Graf produced Drive-Away Dolls with Working Title’s Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner. The Coen Brothers’ frequent collaborator, Carter Burwell, is composing the score for the film.
Margaret Qualley stars in Drive-Away Dolls as Jamie, a recently single free-spirited woman. Australian actress Geraldine Viswanathan co-stars as Marian, and Beanie Feldstein as Sukie. Coman Domingo plays Chief, with Pedro Pascal as Santos and Bill Camp as Curlie. Joey Slotnick is Arliss, and Matt Damon features as Senator Channel.
