Synopsis
A dose of truth helps Helen and Harry get their marriage firing again
Helen and Harry are going through a rough patch. A language professor by trade, Helen is left restless and bored at home as her husband is continuously away for business. Suspecting an affair and worrying about the house and kids, Helen must confront her computer-specialist husband to find out the truth. As she does so she learns that he is in fact a secret spy working for U.S. intelligence. Joining the team, Helen gets involved in order to save the world and their marriage from crumbling. The pair become a crimefighting spy-duo who have to balance a happy home with two kids alongside the whole international order of peace.

True Lies is a spy drama television show. It is based on the 1994 film of the same name directed by James Cameron. The show is created and written by Matt Nix, a specialist in espionage television series. His previous work includes Burn Notice, The Good Guys, and The Gifted. Episodes of True Lies are directed by Anthony Hemmingway, a filmmaker known for his work on CSI, True Blood, and Shameless.
The two lead roles of Harry and Helen Tasker are taken by Steve Howey and Ginger Gonzaga. The pair play the married couple unraveling the mystery of their secret identities. Omar Miller, Mike O’Gorman, Annabella Didion, Erica Hernandez, and Lucas Jaye make up the wider cast. True Lies was released on March 1st, 2023.
