Synopsis
A 1993 queer romantic comedy directed and written by Ang Lee
Wai-Tung is living a happy life with his boyfriend Simon in New York City. Soon, however, his parents begin to pressure him into a traditional marriage. When he meets Wei-Wei, a struggling artist who needs a green card, the pair become embroiled in an extravagant fake wedding at the behest of Wai-Tung’s visiting parents.
