Aleessia Zecchini is an athlete training to break the world record for free diving, the art of swimming deep in the ocean without the use of scuba gear or oxygen tanks. In the process of preparing for this world-record-breaking dive, she meets Stephen Keenan - a fellow freediver. Stephen and Alessia forge a deep connection and the adventurous Stephen becomes Alessia’s safety diver. The pair are staring down the Blue Hole in Dahab, Egypt where Alessia will try to do the unimaginable - freedive down 184 feet below the Red Sea.
