Synopsis
From the director of My Octopus Teacher comes a new story of human and animal friendship
Stevie is a baby pangolin, a scaly nocturnal mammal constantly threatened by poachers. But when Stevie is saved from traffickers, he is left in the care of Gareth, an investment manager who changes his whole life in order to care for the creature. Raising him until he must be released back into the wild, Stevie and Gareth develop a deep bond of friendship.
