Synopsis
Follows the lives, loves, highs and lows of four Land Girls during WWII. It follows the level headed Annie, her younger fun loving sister Bea, earthy Joyce and aloof Nancy as they work for a farmer for the war effort. They form strong friendships, are harassed by the pumped up sergeant of the local Home Guard, must deal with their lives and those of the village.
