In Season Four, Phineas and Ferb, along with Baljeet, Buford and Isabella, continue to have big ideas of how to spend their seemingly endless summer vacation. Each day, the boys and their friends take on some ambitious new project or create an impressive new invention, sometimes to help someone in need, but often just to make something fun or to satiate their curiosity. This continues to annoy the boys' sister, Candace, who can't help but constantly try to get them in trouble by revealing their actions to Mom. When not doing that, she is obsessing over her boyfriend, Jeremy. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz continues to attempt to take over the Tri-State area with his various inators, and Perry the Platypus, on behalf of the O.W.C.A and his commanding officer, Major Monogram, continues to set out to foil his plans.
