Australian chef Bill Granger recently moved to Britain and now he's setting off to explore the country, hunting out fabulous places to stay and getting his teeth into the best and quirkiest British ingredients and dishes before giving them his healthy and modern Granger twist. Each weekend Bill’s staying in some of the UK’s most picturesque beauty spots where his culinary mentors are the lively locals, happy to take the new boy under their wing and show him where to catch the best fish or teach him their much-loved family recipes.
