Synopsis
A secret royal inspector in Joseon Dynasty works as an undercover official who inspects local provinces to expose corruption and is an honorable position as it is directly appointed by the king. However, Ra Yi Eon is a food-loving young man who dreams of opening a dumpling store outside the capital and has no interest in a high-ranking position. However, due to his cleverness, he passes the exam for the royal secretary of Hongmungwan, Office of Special Advisors, and even worse, becomes the youngest secret royal inspector. Therefore, he travels to Chungcheong Province and meets Kim Jo Yi. Kim Jo Yi is an unorthodox lady who is searching for happiness by getting divorced from her current gamble-addict husband. This unique duo then goes on a grand scheme to investigate the truth and find corruption in Chungcheong Province.
