Synopsis
The police are to protect and serve the people. However, can the people blindly trust the police? Can their sense of justice always correct and upright? If not, who will watch them? Do Chi Gwang decides to become a watcher after finding out about a fellow officer's corruption. Kim Young Goon has witnessed his father murder his mother. Han Tae Joo, who was once a prosecutor, has become a defense lawyer for criminals.
