Synopsis
The final chapter of The Crown takes us through Princess Diana's story, a new royal romance, & the Queen's Golden Jubilee
The tension between Princess Diana and Prince Charles is at an all time high, and the Princess has the media tailing her every move. Desperate to get away from the spotlight, the final season of The Crown takes us through the events leading up to her tragic and untimely death. Shifting gears, the season also celebrates the union of Prince William and Kate Middleton, and follows the Queen as she prepares for an important milestone - her golden jubilee.

The Crown Season 6 is the final season of the royal drama, The Crown. The latest season is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Left Bank Productions, and is scheduled to release on Netflix. The show is inspired by the royal family in England, and is created by Peter Morgan, who is best known for his work on The Other Boleyn Girl.
Theater actor Imelda Stanton headlines the latest season as Queen Elizabeth. She is a former member of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and is one of the most widely acclaimed actors in the UK. Elizabeth Debicki stars as Princess Diana, they are joined by Dominic West who portrays the role of their on screen husband Prince Charles.
Jonathan Pryce and Lesley Manville sign on to play the roles of Prince Philip and Princess Margaret. Actor Olivia Williams reprises her role as Camilla Parker Bowles while Khalid Abdalla signs on to play the role of Princess Diana's love interest Dodi Fayed. Salim Daw, Theo Fraser Steele, Andrew Havill, James Murray, Marcia Warren, Claudia Harrison, Sam Woolf, Ed McVey, Meg Bellamy, Richard Rycroft, and Matilda Broadbridge round out the rest of the cast.
The final season of The Crown is set to have 10 episodes and will release on Netflix in two parts. The first four episodes will release on Netflix on 16th November, while the second installment will release a month later on 14th December.
