Synopsis
Rishi and Dimple's love is tested by the fate of their careers in Season 3 of Mismatched
After two years of their will they, won't they romance, Rishi and Dimple finally give their love a real shot and begin dating towards the end of their final year. However, Rishi's acceptance into Dimple's dream institute puts a dampen on their new relationship. Will the happy couple be able to put their ambitions aside to make it work in the real world? Rohit Saraf and Prajakta Koli reprise their roles for Season 3 of Netflix's Gen Z rom-com series Mismatched
Mismatched Season 3 is an upcoming coming-of-age romantic-drama series produced for Netflix. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies, the series is based on Sandhya Menon's bestselling novel, When Dimple Met Rishi. The novel is adapted to a screenplay by Gazal Dhaliwal, who has also worked on Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga in the past, and is directed by Akarsh Khurana.
The series features an ensemble cast led by Rohit Saraf as Rishi, a die-hard romantic looking for his future wife, and Youtuber turned actor Prajakta Koli as Dimple, a gamer turned app developer with big ambitions. Kritika Bharadwaj, Taaruk Raina, Rannvijay Singha, and Vidya Malvade make up the rest of the cast for Season 1 and 2, and can be expected to reprise their roles in Season 3. Actor Vihaan Samrat who plays the role of Harsh is yet to confirm if he will be returning for Season 3.
