Evil has taken over the world, and the only way to stay safe is by never letting go

Years after the world has been destroyed, and humanity has shriveled to just a few people scattered across the world, a mother fights to keep her two young boys alive. With mysterious evil forces still looming at large to pounce on them beyond the walls of their home, the family keeps safe by always maintaining close contact with their house by holding onto a tightrope that connects their house to the outside world. How long will the family be able to go on without giving into the temptation to explore the world beyond the means of their rope.
