So Hyun's father was a famous movie director who passed away in a tragic accident. She is determined to follow in his footsteps and make a name for herself in the film industry. Despite the numerous hardships she is forced to endure, she somehow manages to pursue her dream with her head held up high. So Hyun gets a menial job working at a multiplex theater and meets new people who help her along the way. Jun Pyo is an assistant director and rising star in the film industry. By some coincidence, he ends up living in the same house as So Hyun. He discovers that she's the daughter of the director whom he greatly respected before his passing and finds himself developing feelings for her. So Hyun's childhood friend, Yu Ra, also works in the film industry. However, she begins to feel threatened by So Hyun whenever they cross paths. The relationships among these men and women are fraught with conflict and competition but also romance and a shared passion for films.
