Music is on the Menu: Sofía Carson (2023)

Although cooking is not her thing, Sofía Carson prepares a paella for her sister Paulina and her friend Tanya. Sofía is astounded by some of the steps and techniques that go into this recipe. But neither Paulina nor Tanya are surprised by Sofia's attitude towards the mise-en-place of this dish: they have tasted her cooking and know that her greatest artistic abilities are not those related to the kitchen. Fortunately, Chef Sandra Cordero takes charge. While they get their ingredients ready, they share an intimate conversation in which they all explore what music and cooking have in common. Later, Sofía remembers the flavors of her childhood, the dishes her grandmas made, and the love contained by each recipe. The emotions behind the flavors of the past get mixed in with some of Paulina's revelations: she tells secrets about her sister, cooking, and what she likes to eat. Once everything's ready, the four all sit down and eat together. Sofía has a surprise ready for dessert: the famous artist has prepared a beautiful and intimate jam session!
