Strife is a drama comedy series created by Sarah Scheller. Scheller has previously worked on The Letdown and No Activity. Strife is an adaptation of Mia Freedman’s memoir ‘Work, Strife, Balance’. The series is directed by Stuart Bowen and executive produced by Scheller, Bowen, Mia Freedman, Bruna Papandrea (Nine Perfect Strangers, Wild), Jodi Matterson, Steve Hutensky, Brian Walsh, Alison Hurbert-Burns and Asher Keddie.
Keddie (Offspring) also stars in the film as Evelyn Jones, a character inspired by Mia Freedman. Evelyn is a recently divorced, single mother working in publishing. The cast also includes Matt Day, Jonathan LaPaglia, Tina Bursill, Emma Lung, Maria Angelico, Rhys Mitchell and more.
