Hot Potato: The Story of The Wiggles is a documentary film about the creation and success of Australian children’s music group, The Wiggles. The documentary is an original Amazon Prime Video film, and directed by Sally Aitken. Aitken is an Australian filmmaker who also directed David Stratton: A Cinematic Life and Playing With Sharks: The Valerie Taylor Story.
The documentary features interviews with original Wiggles members Anthony Field, Greg Page, Murray Cook and Jeff Fatt, and later Wiggles Simon Pryce, Lachlan Gillespie, Tsehay Hawkins, Caterina Mete, Evie Ferris, John Pearce, Emma Watkins, Sam Moran and Lucia Field. Paul Paddick, who plays the iconic Captain Feathersword, will also feature in the doco, with The Wiggles’ manager Paul Field.
