劇情簡介
被逐出美国大学生体育协会后，一名男子篮球教练得到了一个赎罪机会，即在一所精英私立高中担任教练一职。他很快便认识到，青少年球员们需要同理心和脆弱感，而坚忍的教练科恩（约翰·斯塔莫斯饰）的字典里却没有这两个概念。通过学习与球员如何沟通，马文开始成长为他心目中所希冀的人物。球员们也严于律已，在球场内外都站稳了脚跟。
