Mister Chuck's Workshop is a safe space for children to explore thoughts, feelings, and natural childhood emotions. A visit from a friend who helps children explore issues related to their everyday world. In nearly every episode, Chuck Hartman sing songs that help children understand different aspects of their development. There is also a transition to fantasy. Fantasy is a place where anything can happen, populated mainly by puppets who teach valuable lessons related to childhood.
