あらすじ
Season 12 continues its great storytelling tradition with riveting tales based on ripped-from-the-headlines shockers. Arrests of actor Robert Blake and rapper Sean 'Puffy' Combs, the disappearance of congressional intern Chandra Levy and a real-life California case involving a killer pit bull all provide grist for the series' story mill. In addition, the terrible events of September 11 loom large over the proceedings, notably in the season finale. The popular Emmy-winning cast returns with a fresh face. Det. Lennie Briscoe (Jerry Orbach), Det. Ed Green (Jesse L. Martin) and Lt. Anita Van Buren (S. Epatha Merkerson) lead the Law side. Executive ADA Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) and DA Nora Lewin (Dianne Wiest ) are joined by newcomer ADA Serena Southerlyn (Elisabeth Rohm) to round out the Order side. And when the season ignites with a fiery hostage situation, everyone is drawn into the ultimate game of do or die.
