Jason Chambers, a mixed martial artist and professional fighter, joins former professional football player and wrestler Bill Duff to host a thrilling exploration of the history and practice of these time-honored combat arts. Together, Jason and Bill fold back the rich historical and cultural layers of martial arts including Muay Thai, Eskrima, Judo, Karate, Savate, and more in their quest for the ultimate fighting style.
